Terms and Conditions 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date provided the change is made within 12 months of the original appointment.

  • All makeup services are fully mobile. A flat travel fee of $15 applies to all appointments.

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Clients experiencing flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms must cancel their appointment for the safety of all parties.

  • Makeup sessions typically take between 1 to 1.5 hours. Please ensure you allow sufficient time if you have other commitments following your appointment.

  • The makeup artist is mobile and will travel to your chosen location for the appointment. Please ensure the space is clean, well-lit, and has a suitable surface (e.g. table or bench) for setting up makeup products.

  • With your consent, photos may be taken during or after your session for use on social media or marketing. Please let your artist know if you prefer not to be photographed.

  • Final payment is due on the day of your appointment.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full deposit being forfeited, and may affect future bookings.
